Hosting Order confirmation
should be given with 50% advance and 50% should be
released after the Hosting of the website

Delivery details : I st
phase one day from the date of confirm. IInd phase
one week from the date of Ist phase approval.

It will be vary depends if any
alterations required or delay in supplying Internet
Connection. Full completion and integration of the
Website would take minimum of 3 to 6 Days. All the
expenses made by us for the delayed time/days that
is traveling expenses

For the delayed payments
interest 24% will be charged per annum from the date
of hosting starts. For delayed payments iEMBED Solutions reserves all rights to stop their services without
any notification.

Validity of Web Space / Domain
name registration is for 1 year from the date of
account creation / date of registration unless
otherwise specified.

The service entitlement /
features are not transferable.

Official communication has to
be sent to admin@iembed.in for any changes to be made in postal address, e -
mail ids or any other service features.

Payment has to be sent before
the due date mentioned in the invoice failing which
account will be deactivated.

iEMBED Solutions does weekly backup.
However, clients are advised in their own interest
to arrange for their own local backup of their work.

Accounts cannot be used for
any of the following purpose: Bulk mail, Spamming or
sending UCE (unsolicited commercial mail ), software
piracy, distribution of pornographic material,
Publishing of obscene pictures, hacking or
attempting to use machine or network resources for
unlawful / illegal purposes. Any account violating
these rules will be terminated immediately and no
refunds will be issued, not withstanding penal
provisions under the Indian Cyber laws enacted by
the Govt. of India from time to time.

iEMBED Solutions does not and will not help in debugging ASP scripts.
If you cannot get your ASP scripts to work properly,
consult the Microsoft website or one of the readily
available books about ASP. Please Upload content
with out Virus, FTP Service not supported by any
Anti-Virus filtering.

Data transfer charges per
month will be applicable for clients who exceed the
bandwidth limit set by the company.

Services are provided on 'as
is where' basis. iEMBED Solutions cannot and will not be held liable for any loss,
damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental or
consequential that may arise out of use of iEMBED Solutions services.

iEMBED Solutions reserves the right to alter, amend or change these
policies at any time. All accounts are required to
comply with any changes made to these policies while
their account are active. Notification of any major
changes to the policies will be emailed to all
accounts.

Renewal account are advised to
pay the annual charges before due date of their
accounts to avoid deactivation.

Service specifications and
pricing subject to change without notice.

Contents of the website will
be removed with in 7 days from the date of
deactivation if clients fail to respond.

iEMBED Solutions reserves the right to register/renew/transfer domain
names of the existing/new customers.

30 days money back guarantee
is for web hosting and not domain name registration.

The amount will be refunded
only if the reason/explanation given by the client
is found genuine and satisfying to the management of iEMBED Solutions.

Domain Name
Registration/Renewal will be done only for iEMBED Solutions clients i.e, those who avail web space from iEMBED Solutions.

Backup of website content
taken once in 15 days and to be used only for
disaster recovery of servers. Clients are expected
to have the backup of website content and database.
No Back up will be provided on individual basis.
Web Designing

We reserve the right to refuse
to construct a web site which we may judge as unfit
due to content or otherwise. This includes, but is
not limited by, sites containing adult oriented
material such as pornography, sites which promote
hatred towards persons belonging to any ethnic
group, religion or sexual orientation and sites
which infringe copyright or are contrary to Indian
laws.

The acceptance of a commission
shall be deemed as a contractual agreement between
the client and iEMBED Solutions.

iEMBED Solutions cannot always guarantee to start work immediately on
a commission but will arrange a date with the client
as to when work can commence.
All material, both text and
images, supplied by the client and used in the
construction of the client's web site, will remain
the client's property. All such material will be
assumed to be the property of the client and free to
use without fear of breach of copyright laws.

The copyright for all material
provided by iEMBED
Solutions, such as
HTML code, graphics, photographs and text, will
remain the property of iEMBED Solutions until such time as payment has been made in full
whereupon they will become the property of the
client.

iEMBED Solutions makes every effort to design pages which display
acceptably in the most popular current browsers, but
cannot accept responsibility for pages which do not
display acceptably in new versions of browsers
released after pages have been designed.

iEMBED Solutions will submit a client's website to several of the
major search engines as part of the design
commission. If a client wishes iEMBED Solutions to promote a web site as a separate commission, iEMBED Solutions will make every reasonable effort to promote the
website effectively but cannot guarantee high
placings in search engine results.

iEMBED Solutions can accept no responsibility or liability if any
search engine, online directory or search site,
submitted to as part of a web site promotion
commission, chooses not to list a client's web site.
If, during the Website
Development Cycle, the client does not supply the
content required in order to complete the commission
within a reasonable amount of time, iEMBED Solutions will consider that the client wishes to cancel the
commission.

Any payment returned by the
bank or credit card company will incur a 12.2%
administration charge. This will be invoiced and
will be added to the total outstanding debt owed by
the customer.

iEMBED Solutions does not undertake to maintain or update a client's
website as part of the design commission. If a
client wishes iEMBED
Solutions to
maintain or update a web site as a separate
commission iEMBED Solutions will negotiate with the client a maintenance
contract appropriate to the amount of work required.
Web site maintenance may also be undertaken on a
time and materials basis if the client so wishes.

iEMBED Solutions reserves the right to alter prices at any time
without notice. If a client has commissioned any
services from iEMBED
Solutions prior to
a change in prices, that commission will not be
subject to any increase, but any subsequent
commission may be subject to an increase.

By agreeing to these terms and
conditions your statutory rights are not affected.

iEMBED Solutions reserves the right to change or modify any of the
terms and conditions contained in the Terms and
Conditions.
